I ordered from Erthlabs two months ago, and my order finally arrived just days ago. My attempt to cancel my subscription was a complete disaster. The website repeatedly asked me to confirm my email to send a cancellation link, only to return an error every time. I felt trapped while they continued charging my account for another month. In frustration, I had to contact my bank to block them.

After receiving my order, I reached out to customer support to officially cancel my subscription. Instead of resolving my issue, they sent me the same flawed cancellation link, leading to the same technical problems I had faced before. I followed up again, but to my dismay, discovered their customer support is run by an AI agent, leaving me with no real help.

I strongly advise against doing business with Erthlabs. They don’t deserve a single star!

To say the least, I am so grateful for this app and its community. It’s the best kept secret in town as far as I am concerned. I’ve never made money consistently in trading options, this is the first time I’m actually doing it consistently.
