Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Auto: Ein Ersatzteil war kaputtgegangen, und der Preis für ein neues war extrem hoch. Zudem war es nirgends mehr zu finden. Bei meiner Internetrecherche bin ich auf YoshiParts gestoßen. Anfangs war ich skeptisch – ich komme schließlich aus Österreich, und YoshiParts ist ja doch ziemlich weit entfernt.
Aber ich wurde positiv überrascht: Der Kundenservice war erstklassig! Mein Ersatzteil war tatsächlich nicht mehr erhältlich, aber mir wurde unkompliziert das Nachfolgemodell zum gleichen Preis angeboten. Die Abwicklung war reibungslos, und die Lieferung hat perfekt funktioniert.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde definitiv wieder bei YoshiParts bestellen!

I had an issue with my car – a spare part broke, and the replacement was extremely expensive and hard to find anywhere. While searching online, I came across YoshiParts. At first, I was hesitant since I live in Austria and YoshiParts is quite far away.
