Requested upgrade to Platinum. No response after a week. Phoned them and got info about recall within 72hrs, never got a call. Called again, same info. Finally cancelled upgrade as they don't care about support neither offered any solution. For what should I pay monthly 65€ in the future if they can't handle a simple upgrade??? Poor service. Gold Member since 2017...
