It arrived on time and was as described its been fitted and is running 2 Swann cameras

It was delivered in-between the times stated

I was only texted 15minutes before delivery which is too short notice

Purchased this after a discussion in store to see if the product would do what we wanted. During setting up had to call the store for advice. The store had to call me back as they were not very experienced with this product. Since setting up have been very please with the product but Denons instructions are not very clear it almost a process of hit and miss to get it right.

Contacted the store on the phone to discuss purchase of the system and which speakers they would suggest to go with it in a small room. They told me they did not have it in store but would have it all for collection or delivery the next day. Chose to collect in store and had more help with advice when I collected it. Very please so far with the service as this is a present have not had time to test the unit out. Going by passed experiences with the company should be very please when its out the box.
