Issues on top of issues. Started my vacation in the USA by spending 2 hours in a café with wifi trying to install the eSIM, since I was not able to before departure from Germany. Contacted customer service through the app and they use AI-translation to chat. I only got screenshots of a different iPhone version setup in English, which was not helpful at all. Finally got it set up with help from friends but after a day or two it stopped working. And no, I did not use up the data volume I bought, everything I didn't need was turned off. I bought the eSIM first and foremost to send WhatsApp messages to be able to meet up at a big conference between meetings and to navigate an unknown city using Maps. I wasn't able to do any of that so it was just money out the window, even though it was just 7 Euro. Next time I'll invest the money and buy the more expensive Holafly, at least that works.

Außerordentlich guter Kundenservice und Qualitätsware. Die T-Shirts sind sehr lustig und der Stoff fühlt sich super an.

Gutes Sortiment, Lieferung kam rechtzeitig an und habe positive Erfahrung vom Kundenservice; meine Anfrage wurde prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Wenn man an Amazon-Lieferzeiten gewöhnt ist, verstehe ich manche Kommentare hier, aber das kann man natürlich nicht vergleichen. Ich finde es nett, dass es ein Familienbetrieb seit drei Generationen ist und die Beschreibung des Teams auf der Webseite finde ich klasse. Das Engagement finde ich persönlich wichtiger als die Lieferzeit.
