Ordered some ariat wellington boots i needed quickly, paid over £20 to get 48 hour delivery , didnt arrive until 10 days later ! dont need the boots now as they are not here in time as promised so i ordered somewhere else and they came straight away .Phoned Gallop store to send back and refund , told to send back to FRANCE which was another £23, 4 weeks later NO REFUND OR COMMUNICATION with proof i sent them back to France , I am well out of pocket now with no communication and waiting for £170 plus all in total . I am presuming this is a CON MAN COMPANY where you cant get refunds , they just take your money , Solicitor involved now , PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Not enough lockers ! Never one available!

Absolutely useless do not bother wasting your time using them ,my blind arrived broken lokked like it had been dropped off a cliffe ,after managing to click it all back together I found the battery hadn't been sent ,got one sent to find the somfy motor unit was no good . After being farted about with on thier painful customer support system I received an email to say that I would be getting a new motor sent out , 10 days later still nothing .. they will be on watchdog next .

Parcels lost with Evri , communication terrible, when things go wrong they don't want to know !!

The staff at Maynes really go the extra mile to make sure that all your heating, requirements are taken care of they have just completed another annual service for us at a very reasonable price and the engineer was very polite and fastidious in his work .
When I asked them to find a new bracket for my thermostat because we had broken it , they managed to source one and posted it out to us .
Thanks very much I can highly reccomend them .

No lockers when I turn up ! You need more !

Went to local locker,all full had to drive another 15 mile trip to another locker, won't use inpost from now on.
