Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Purchased a thermal cover and then the next day receive an email offering 30% off thermal covers! Absolute insult!!
I emailed to see if the discount could be credited (seeing as I’ve not even received the product yet) - they ignore all contact and refuse to help. Try phoning - nobody answers or man’s the phones!
