Wir haben den Flexi-Pass für drei Attraktionen nur zweimal genutzt (für die Albertina und den Hop-On-Hop-Off-Bus). Der Zutritt zum Schlosspark Schönbrunn wurde uns verweigert, da das System anzeigte, dass bereits alle drei Attraktionen in Anspruch genommen worden waren!

I am very satisfied with the level of processing of car rental offers, including the provision of detailed information about the insurance provided and offered by them. I did not have a single problem with the services of the selected rental company and they fully suited me.
For improvement, I would welcome if it succooded Rentalcargroup to obtain updated data from the individual car rental companies of really offered types of cars. This will specify the car selection options and at the same time the client would be better informed about what car "or similar" (instead of the ordered one) can actually be available for rent in case the selected car is not currently available. Pictures of offered cars should not be outdated and should also correspond to the assortment of offered cars and sometimes do not show older types of offered car brands than currently offered.
