Product arrived promptly within three days

Product arrived promptly within delivery dates. Decided to give the pro biotic supplement a go as had exhausted all other treatments regarding ear infection. Dog has been on 4 per day for last 60 days. There is improvement in the affected ear but it still persists though not as bad. Have made the choice to keep treatment going for another 60 to hopefully make sure we get it cleared.

We are glad to hear that our digestive treats have started to help your dog with their ears. We advise that if you do not see the results you were expecting after 4 weeks, to double the amount from the feeding guidelines in line with your dog's weight.

Web page was fairly straight forward to navigate, though did become a little confusing when adding the second named person for travel cover.price against other insurers was competitive for level of insurance cover.

Socks appear to be how described

Socks appear to be how described, though have only tried one pair to date. Very comfortable and supportive in the right places. Only criticism would be they took two weeks to arrive.

Service is very prompt and efficient

Service is very prompt and efficient. Pricing comparable with most and quality as expected. Had a small issue with product not behaving as expected and helpline quickly gave good advice.will continue to use going forward.
