Amazing experience, no waiting time, Phil sorted our ticket out and we were in the car in minutes of getting out the terminal

This was our first time using Senate and they were phenomenal. Monaco was such an amazing experience and they looked after us so well. I am quite a fussy eater and when I asked if I could order something from a restaurant menu, they covered the additional cost. All food and drinks were covered and everything was high end. Would definitely recommend and use them again

I don't want to put my name as its embarrassing to state but I saw a bad review about Funeral Safe not helping and I felt I had to say something. I have recently had some financial difficulty after losing my job and missed a couple of payments, at first I ignored the messages and calls from Funeral Safe as I didn't know how I could pay. I shouldn't have, when I eventually answered, they were amazing! I asked if I could I make half payments until I was back on my feet, they asked if I could do another I&E they said they wanted to check if I could afford the half payments I had offered and to make sure I wasn't in any further financial stress by offering the half payments. They honestly have been amazing and I would recommend them to anyone, the financial application was seamless during an emotional time and the way that have continued to support me has been amazing.

I ordered a parcel on the 5th December. It has still not been delivered. No phone line and twice I had to wait in a customer service line for over an hour for the online chat. When I finally got through to someone they stated they would raise an investigation with the courier but no guarantee it will be sorted before Christmas! Also told I would have an e-mail with a reference number etc on it so I would be kept updated, nothing through and its been 3 days again. Apparently cannot be refunded so I can buy elsewhere until investigation is done! I will let the kids know that Santa is under investigation!
