Lovely receptionist who was knowledgeable and helpful. One star off because I wanted a service and mot but the online booking form was not easy to use and the garage only had the mot scheduled. They would have tried to fit it in but because it was an audi the parts needed ordering in specially. Also for some reason I was told that the online service record could not be updated by them. Other audi approved dealers have in past been able to record.

Wonderful cycling in beautiful countryside with lovely people - the other cyclists, the guides and the locals. Hotels mixed going from the adequate to the marvellous (posada la escondida especially) Food generally good and all tap water drinkable. Weather mixed from freezing in the rain to lovely warm sunshine.
Slog it out on an analogue bike or do a more leisurely trip on an e bike.
Most of hotels provided shampoo etc and only one or two didn’t have a hairdryer. We weren’t bothered by insects at all despite hardly wearing repellent although the people who stayed in Santiago got some bites.
The off road sections were not technical at all but we are mountain bikers and some of the others found them a bit challenging.
Some of the locals spoke very little English so brush up on your Spanish. Or ask the guides to translate. Perfectly manageable.
Definitely recommend this trip to this amazing part of the world and if we could have we would have extended the holiday as many others did to explore more.
