EDIT: This company is a scam. They don't refund returned goods. I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Have passed them onto my lawyer and they seem accustomed to this happening based on their response.
Disappointed with this brand despite having high hopes. I have spent so much time today trying to return two items of the 4 I ordered. The brand doesn't provide a returns address on their website so I emailed them asking for one. I received an automated reply saying I should wait up to 3 days for a response. They also don't publish their EORI number which is required to return a parcel to them internationally. I have still not succeeded in obtaining the information I need to return these unwanted items to them! Don't order from them internationally.

We are very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our return process. We take every feedback as an opportunity to grow.
As mentioned on our website, returns are fully refunded once we receive the item back. The shipping for returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.
The reason you haven’t received your refund yet is simply because we have not received the returned goods. Exceptionally, and as mentioned in our email exchange, we are willing to process the refund just through the status of the shipment (even if we have not yet received the goods in our premises), and we await the tracking number to proceed.
In any case, rest assured that once the package arrives at our facility (or as soon as we can verify your tracking number) we will immediately process your refund.
