This was my first time to use this company so I didn't know what to expect.The whole experience was beyond my expectations.From purchase to receipt the complete procedure was so professional. I contacted OUT insurance this morning to renew my insurance. Unfortunately due to a recent accident I did not meet the minimum criteria for a quote. I fully understand this decision. As a new company they will prioritise low risk customers. When my no claims reach the acceptable level I will be contacting them again. Very customer friendly and excellent product line. It can be a hit and miss situation when you use an online product site for the first time. Without previous experience of the site you are relying on reviews which in some cases are not always positive. However there were no such issues with Markettown. I initially phoned and spoke to Denis about the availability of the product. His help and assistance was a clear indication of the excellent customer service this company provides. At every step of the process I was updated and kept informed of the progress of my order, It was delivered on the date advised, well rapped and of the quality advertised.

My revolut card was frozen while on a cruise as a precaution against fraud. I had not let Revolut that I would be on holidays, so their action was very appropriate. The follow up to reinstate the card was made very easy for me by a very professional team. I was very impressed by how protective and helpful the Revolut team were. After been scammed quite recently it was very reassuring to have this experience.

My wife has purchased a lot of items from this company and all went well until she had to return a coat. It is impossible to check if the refund is being made as there are no contact details available. Their customer service is non existing. I would strongly recommend that if you are also awaiting a refund that you take the matter up with whatever financial institution you used to process your payment. This type of behaviour should not be allowed. It is time to expose them.

These perfumes and aftershaves are truly amazing. Not only do they smell like the more expensive originals, they last even longer and fade to a very classy and soothing scent. Trust me you will not be disappointed if you decide to make a purchase.

I totally agree with every person who posted a negative review of this company. It is a total scam! Your money will be taken, you will not receive any order and you will be unable to communicate with them. My Gmail account has advised me that the server associated with this company will not accept any emails despite their best efforts! I have reported this to my credit card company who are now investigating the paper trail for my payment. Please do not use this company and if you have then report your transaction to your financial company and also inform your consumer protection agency.
