Subscription was not ordered but company signed me up anyway. Charged me for second month and sent product w/o permission. Product has not worked for me

His knowledge, his attention to detail but most importantly, his humanity helped make, what could have been a difficult process, easy to follow, easy to complete and leaving me with the feeling that in a world where people don't care, I had been taken care of by a man of great soul.
