Incredible support team that actually listens (after you get past the AI)!

​I recently ran into a stressful situation where a bad player abused the Whop platform with some unauthorized subscription charges (shouldn't happen in first place, but that's not the supports problem and the platform is still improving). What could have been a massive headache turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

​In record time, my ticket was escalated to the right people who immediately jumped in to solve the problem. But the absolute best part wasn't just getting the issue fixed—it was that the support team actually understood the feedback I was giving them. We ended up having a productive exchange, essentially working together to figure out how to keep these shady creators off their platform. It’s rare to find a company that takes user security and platform integrity this seriously.

​Massive shoutout to Rav and Keo! I don’t even know if those are your real names, and I frankly don't care—you both were absolute lifesavers, totally transparent, and handled the situation like absolute pros.

​When things go wrong, you want a support team like this having your back. Highly recommend!

Der Service und der GymBoy sind echt gut. Geschmacklich kaum zu toppen und der Knister-effekt gibt schöne Erinnerungen an die Kindheit. Von der Wirkung her ist er sehr ausgeglichen, daher für den Preis sehr gut ich gebe eine 8/10. Zusammenfassend ein gutgelunger Traininsbooster.
