I am very sorry for this service - it was the first week of the new year and we did have some issues as producers can be slow to get back up again after Christmas - and this was especially on fish, with comparatively few boats out at the start of the year.

Succulent olives!! Loved the different flavours, the portion for a quick snack aas so perfect and so convenient, loved the packaging!! Also I had an issue with my address, I emailed the customer service, it got corrected straight away!

- customer service over the phone and email very nice and responsive
- drivers in the UK very nice and kind, they helped with everything
- drivers in France, were a bit less easy to deal with
