The basic scale works reasonably well, but its overall reliability is poor.

The batteries drain far too quickly.

The Hive Heart is a waste of money. The battery lasted only about two months, if that.

The GSM unit is also problematic. They sell it with a 12-month data package, but the available data allowance is never clearly specified. With only two hives, I used up all the data in just seven months, and they simply expect you to buy more.

The most frustrating part is the attitude of the support team. They describe their approach as "business professional," but in reality it comes across as rude, arrogant, and not customer-oriented at all.

My conclusion is that I will not invest in any more scales from this company. I would strongly advise others to look for a different supplier.
