Although the courier knocked on the door, he left the package on the doorstep and could be seen sitting in his van across the road. The photo that was emailed to confirm delivery was not of me, of my front door, or of the correct parcel. Apparently this ploy is very common. We don't know if he would have driven off if the front door had not been opened - or returned to retrieve the packege. All these factors do not instil confidence in Evri - especially for delivery of high-value goods.

Excellent quality dark blue flannel pyjama bottoms. A good fit, warm and very comfortable. Can also serve well as leisure / lounge-wear. And at an even more attractive price in the Sale. Delivery by Royal Mail was prompt and well within time frame. Another good, value-for-money purchase from Lands End. Thank you.

Like all Insurance Companies I&G tried to sell top dollar cover (usually unnecessary). By reducing unnecessary cover and introducing the 20% Promotional Discount Code, the Policy Price seemed more reasonable. Although I&G say most claims are paid within 5 Days, of course the proof of the pie is in the eating.

Seemed relatively straightforward and relatively clear. Of course the two big unknowns, as with all insurance are (i) the rate premiums increase year by year (whether you make a claim or not), and how many hoops you have to jump through to make a claim - and the extent of the exceptions hidden in the small print and the degree of obfuscation and delay. We shall see, won't we ...

This has been my second purchase from The Linen Cupboard within the last few days - and my third since my first good experience a few years ago. I followed up my recent 2nd order of two Hotel Quality Cotton Fitted Sheets to fit my 200 cms x 160 cms Euro King Size Bed with a Harrods Mattress Protector for future use (having bought a quality Mattress Protector from The Linen Cupboard a few years ago to fit my Euro King Size bed - which is still going strong!).
As this purchase was in the Summer Sale, it was outstanding Value for Money - and as you would expect, great quality.
Despatch and delivery were prompt, with good communications from The Linen Cupboard and the courier company. Very pleased. Will use again.

Product & Service (almost) as described and as promised. Good value. Apart from Delivery Service by Evri. Once again the Evri Courier left your parcel outside the front door without knocking. This has happened a few times recently. Evri said in their Delivery Notification email that your parcel had been 'posted through letterbox' - not so. (And on at least two previous occasions Evri said the Courier had left the parcel 'in the shed" - there is no shed. The parcels were left outside the front door.) When reported to Landsend your agent suggested switching the 2nd part of my order to delivery via Royal Mail. I agreed. Theft of parcels left on doorsteps by courier companies is rife in London.

I had to go out and wanted to avoid the parcel being left with a neighbour. So I called Tarvinder on the number in the Tracking Link. Tarvinder re-arranged his schedule and deliered within 5 mintes. Great service. Top man, Tarvinder!

Because the pack of 2 "Marcel" style vests / T-shirts was quite small and flexible, delivery would have worked well with Royal Mail (Tracked) as an alternative, as it could have been put through the letterbox.

Not possible to comment, because I saw the courier coming, and opened the front door. So there is no way of knowing whether he would have waited for the front door to be answered before trying to leave the packet with the'preferred' neighbour. PS Your facility for 'Delivery Instructions' allows only one neighbour / house number to be designated "Avoid". It should allow for at least two or more.

As always, interesting choice / selection for casual, comfortable summer-wear, in this case cotton / linen blend deck trousers.

Ordered 10 items, but these were delivered over a long time period (27th Sept - 19 Oct.) Had to chase Customer Services repeatedly and was told on two occasions that missing items would be 'Express Delivered' by a different courier service, but on the first occasion the 2nd delivery was from the original DPD Service. Eventually received all items by three seperate deliveries - 27 Sept., 1st Oct., & 19th Oct. I have bought items from H&G Extras a few times, but while Customer Services are always polite, they don't seem to know which items have been despatched or delivered, which leads to confusion at both ends.
On a more positive note, I later received an email notification that items I had ordered previously, and were then 'Out of Stock', were now back in stock. I ordered these and they were delivered in a timely manner.

New Travel Insurance Policy from All Clear explained succinctly by Marcus. Choice between prices for single trip and annual cover for Europe, and exclusion & inclusion of America under global cover explained. Was a bit surprised the computer system wouldn't allow access to my current policy & price details under the existing Insure & Go cover. The new policy from All Clear sounds to be comprehensive.
