Booked and paid for this in march 2020, cancelled by teletext holidays before i could go, now had to resort to court proceedings to recover my money, absolutely NO customer service , put on hold for hours just to be lied to about refund, worst company i have ever dealt with . i just love the automated "we are very sorry" response, well richard if you really are then call me and accept the flak that is rightfully coming your way !.. i await your call.. but i won't hold my breath !

JUST AWFUL !

booked and paid for a holiday at the beginning of march for holiday in june, still not received a refund. absolutely awful company, will never use them again, am now taking them to small claims court to get money back, zero customer service !
