SCAM - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

1. Showed up 1,5 hours late without a truck
2. Blackmailed 500 Euros extra from us to be paid in cash upfront (not as agreed via Email and on the phone)
3. Wanted to leave with the cash & the men before a truck even arrived (we refused until a truck arrived and then send my husband in the truck with them as we couldn't trust them)
4. Movers then only finished half of the move we paid for. They left saying another truck is already on its way - the truck never showed up
5. After several calls they wanted to blackmail more money to come back to finish the move. We ended up renting a car and finish it ourselves loosing 1,5 days.

NEVER AGAIN!

Waschmaschine bestellt und Teile haben gefehlt. Ich versuche seit April umzutauschen oder einen Ersatz zu bekommen - erfolglos. Kundenservice braucht tagelang für simple Antworten und ist total inkompetent. Für was einen Kundenservice haben wenn er absolut nichts macht wenn etwas schief geht bei einer Bestellung?
