Communication before buying the property was great. Staff at the sales office very helpful. However customer care after buying the house has been awful. Heating through the showers in a Grofton G house is not great at all. Two people can not bath at the same time in a Grofton G house which is a shame. I think each floor should have its own boiler so that each bathroom could be used without having to wait for the other person to finish before they can take their bath. It’s a good style family house but those of us in the Grofton G are struggling with our family’s.
I have called customer service and they could not help me or any of the guys that are having similar problems.
Plumbers have come to see it and still couldn’t solve the problem.
