When i came to get my customised earplugs done I‘ve first had a really good consulting about the various options they offer. I‘ve already done my research prior to that and knew what I needed but I appreciated the competent and thoughtful advice. Gary is very knowledgeable about hearing protection for musicians, regardless the genre/type of music.
At the actual fitting session I‘ve had another short briefing about the procedure, which was done smoothly. I got my earplugs quicker than anticipated and they fitted perfectly.
