Good service as always but bit upset no discounts any more I am a business and have spent a lot of money in past for customers

Will never use this company again. Had 2 sofas off them separately, arms have gone saggy on both sofas, after first one got fixed eventually, we were told only 1 in 10 do this so we were just unlucky then the second one went exactly the same way, zip has broken on seat cover so dog has chewed foam. Very disappointed with service service and quality based on how much we paid. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrendous experience, had to give up job and family home to look after mum who had cancer so broke when dog got illness. Vet virtually held my dog hostage in front of a waiting room full of people intil I made a donation. Phoned pdsa who rudely told me that they are a charity and I should pay donation, my personal issues aren't their problem. Not exactly being there for you when you really need them is it.
Haven't used Severn Edge vets or pdsa since. It's all about the money to these vultures.

Staff member stood in freezer stacking shelves.
More middle isle seller than grocery seller.
Warm food and cakes dry and unappealing.

Michael was extremely helpful, cheerful and efficient, we are looking forward to delivery of our new sofa very much.
