All items should be quality checked before leaving our warehouse, on this occasion our usual standards haven't been met, I do apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

I can see we have provided you with a pre-paid return label to return the shoes, and a replacement parcel has now been processed which will be dispatched on an express service today. You will receive a tracking number via email once the parcel has been assigned to a courier service.
