Used Specsavers Thetford for years and will continue to do so.

I didn't know that the previous owners had sold the business but on arrival the chap behind the desk advised me. Everything was fine but I asked if the rear wipers could be changed as well as the two front tyres replaced. He wasn't sure if they had the wipers in stock.
Once it came to pay I asked if the wipers had been done and he shook his head. Its no big problem but he could have let me know.
I also see there is a disposal charge on the invoice. I'm not sure what this is as I didn't have this before. I will ask the garage
