CeX - Amateurs or just incompetent…?
Would somebody at CeX like to explain why the order I placed with you was recalled (by CeX) when it was at the delivery depot awaiting delivery?
Then I’d like an explanation why I am the one waiting for a CeX to refund my money. I’d understand if ‘I’ had returned an item and you needed to check the item was undamaged…..but this wasn’t the case. Only when (if) the item had been successfully delivered would I be responsible further any damage / liability.

You’ve told me nothing. DPD never had the opportunity to deliver, CeX recalled the item before it ever made it onto the delivery vehicle.
Pathetic.

Thank you for your review.
Upon reviewing our records, the order was dispatched to the default address updated on the account. Since the carrier was unable to complete the delivery, the order was returned to us.
In such instances, a refund can be processed once we are in receipt of the parcel and the checks have been carried out from our end. A refund has been processed today based on your preference shared on the email thread and it will be credited to your Klarna account within 3-5 working days.

Painfully slow….
Ordered on the 13th….now it’s the 21st and not received the strings.
‘Slow service’ doesn’t do this justice.

I’m not why I thought these would do anything for my tinnitus.....Flare seem to trade on people’s desperation for a solution or any respite from this condition.
Uncomfortable to wear and a waste of money.
