i had very good experience with this company in Antalya- good staff and prices.

Dear Fitness First,

I had an issue at the entrance of the gym because my card did not work due to an outstanding payment. Instead of helping me, the young man at the entrance kept looking at me for a while without saying anything or offering assistance. This was the only issue, and honestly, it was not even a real problem.

I briefly asked him why he was just staring at me instead of helping, since he is the one working there and responsible for assisting members. In the end, I was able to enter and immediately paid the outstanding amount. The whole situation literally took about 10 seconds. There was absolutely no disrespect or insult involved. It was simply a misunderstanding—something that can happen to anyone.

After I had already started training, a woman approached me and wanted to talk about the situation. I explained to her that everything was fine, but she insisted on turning it into a bigger discussion about what is allowed and what is not. This was completely unnecessary, as there was no disrespect—only a misunderstanding.

We are not children, and I do not have to be spoken to in that way or be treated as if I did something wrong. I also do not have to listen to someone who is clearly exaggerating a small situation and turning it into a much bigger issue than it actually was.

Now this woman is telling me that I am no longer allowed to train, which I find completely unreasonable. It feels like she is acting as if she owns the entire gym.

I would like to receive clarification on this matter as soon as possible. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I do not understand on what basis this woman is telling me that I am no longer allowed to train.

Das ist wirklich das schlechteste Fitnessstudio in ganz Deutschland! Die haben da so ein Mädchen als Managerin sitzen, die absolut keine Ahnung hat, wie man vernünftig mit Problemen umgeht, aber stattdessen ohne Grund Kunden vom Training ausschließt.

Wegen dieser sogenannten “Managerin” werdet ihr noch eine Menge Kunden verlieren – völlig zu Recht! So ein respektloses und unprofessionelles Verhalten ist einfach unter aller

Ich kann nur jedem abraten, bei Fitness First Seestern oder Fit One zu trainieren. Spart euch den Ärger und geht lieber woanders hin!

Sehr enttäuschendes Fitnessstudio düsseldorf am seestern!!. Die Geräte sind schlecht gewartet. Außerdem riecht es überall unangenehm, was das Training wirklich unattraktiv macht. Das Personal wirkt unprofessionell und kümmert sich kaum um die Mitglieder oder die Sauberkeit. Insgesamt macht alles einen sehr amateurhaften Eindruck. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
