Poor communication
Poor communication. No response when I asked them to have the items to be picked up and get a full refund, as 3 out of 12 bottles in my order had been broken by the delivery company. Some of the remaining bottles were covered in spillover. I think the damage was due to mishandling by the delivery co, but also, the way the bottles had been wrapped seemed poor. Sadly, I’ve lost hope for getting my money refunded.

Hi there, I was awaiting to hear back from you upon what was delivered by UPS. We have not heard back from either about the extent of the damage aside from this review. Whether this was an issue on our end or yours we did not receive this email about the collection. Also please be aware. UPS is not supposed to deliver damaged shipments, they repackage the damaged box themselves so we take no responsibility for the quality of their replacement packaging. They are supposed to return all damaged shipments however light, to us.
I am more than happy to process this refund for you now we know the details of what remained. My sincerest apologies for the bad experience, which sadly is out of our hands when in the hands of our couriers, as I assure you. The quality of our packaging is strong, durable and offers more than enough protection. It cannot however, withstand bad mishandling as you mentioned by the courier.
