Highly unreliable company subscribed for a basic plan then checked my statement and without authorisation they charge something like $200 odd dollars on my card. I feel they tricked to thinking you are going for a $25 but then they start charging my card. No lock system so if you go over their $25 and used over the limit they will charge crazy amount which is highly fraudulent. What is the point of having a different plan they fool customers into their plan and charge the card. Avoid any any cost this company

fraud i paid for the voucher when i topped up it did not work so called 02 and they said this voucher has been blocked and have to wait 24 hours - so paid and still nothing
emailing them and they are not even replying to solve me problem just contact 02 - what is the point of paying online then so no credit at the moment what a waste of £20
