I placed an order for my daughter who lives in Cary, ill, where this florist is located. I placed the order on Monday for delivery on Thursday which was her wedding anniversary. On Thursday I contacted them to ask about the order and was told it was scheduled for delivery that day. I checked back again since it still wasn’t delivered. I asked to be contacted when it was delivered. My daughter texted me at 8:01 to thank me for the flowers. The florist emailed me the next morning to say it was delivered at 8pm. I emailed them back to say I was very disappointed with their service. I was told the delivery times depends on when the order was placed. When I emailed back to say the order was placed on Monday, 3 days earlier I was told delivery depends on the driver’s route. I had asked for a small refund but was denied. I will never order from them again. I thought I was doing a great job to order from a local company, but it was not a good experience.

Kathryn Griffin was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative was that I was given an appointment time to call and when I did I got Kathryn, but she was not aware of our meeting and Sarah the person who set up the call was texting me while I was on the phone with Kathryn stating that she was sorry that I didn’t call. It was strange.

So far I am liking the program. I had one set-back though. I have been doing most of the lessons on my iPad. I started out with the Newcomer Course. I had finished 7 or 8 lessons and then somehow clicked on another course that was called "Words". I completed one lesson there, but then couldn't get back to where I originally was. I finally figured out how to get back when I logged in on my desktop. So I think they need to provide a little more direction on how that works on a mobile devise and where you should start the program. I still am not sure if I've started in the right course, but since it's call Newcomer, I'm assuming so. I did reach out on help, but have not gotten a reply. So I hope I'm going to continue successfully without getting frustrated again.

Yes, my mask did take a while to actually receive, but I am very happy with it now that I have it and glad I ordered it. They pretty much made you aware when ordering it that they are a small company and will create the masks as they are ordered. It is a high quality mask, very comfortable and the print is good quality. I had tried to order some regular masks online and they were all back-ordered. So it is to be expected in today's world.

It was very easy to book and I received emails back right away to confirm.
