Just booked two business class tickets from USA to UK and made a spelling mistake on one of the last names.

When I tried to fix it and became very concern that this may all be a scam as no one would respond to their on line help system or email. So I called 347-801-8535 and I tried to cancel the flights to rebook correctly within 15 minutes of the booking and was told I could not cancel the flights.

If they fix the spelling and send my tickets with the ability to select the seats I will change this rating. But for right now I think I just got scammed, they have terrible customer service. Finger crossed.

This company sucks. When trying to send money to my daughter at university in England they took my money and fees, the two days later called to ask why I was sending the money, when told for books, lodging, food etc they said they need more specifics. What? Why do I need to give any more details about my daughter? They hung up on me and when I called back they said they will not be sending the funds and to go get my money back.
