Excellent Life Coach and Counselling (LGBTQIA+ Inclusive)

I've been working with Bo for around a year and a half now. In that time I have made huge strides in my personal development e.g. developing new strategies for communicating my needs and wants in all sorts of situations, working through a relationship breakup, and breaking some anxieties I have and becoming more confident in many areas of my life. I can recommend him to all, but particularly to LGBTQIA+ people like me.

Seems like they've abandoned their product

Moved to this tool from Buffer when they restricted their free version further. Nice interface but buggy. Had to try several times to upload images. Sometimes would fail to post scheduled tweets at all. Recently wouldn't sign-in with Twitter, went to a blank page instead. I tweeted Social Booster as there was no way to launch a support ticket, I couldn't get in to the dashboard, and I never got a reply. Several weeks later it now works but I get the impression the team have abandoned their product. My recommendation is go for Hootsuite or pay to use Buffer or Hubspot.

THEY interpret the contract how they like. Incredibly unhelpful.

I'll start off by how stupid I was in entering into this contract, not in the knowledge that I was to be offered a job in Germany a month later.

I called ID Mobile to see whether I could buy the phone out and stated a clause in the contract that said I could terminate if the service could no longer be provided to me, something which they said on the phone was not possible after 2 months in Germany as they would cease providing me with roaming. For that first 2 months a service was possible, but although repeatedly saying "we can see how you might come to that conclusion" they would just tell me their management would not accept that interpretation.

Commence the round robin of 4-5 people I spoke to, one who started off aggressive with me as soon as the call came through.

I was told that as I was the one that caused the problem of them being unable to provide the service, that I was in breach of contract and that the only solution was to upfront pay them nearly £700. Their ombudsman ignored me and you can only ever get hold of ID through a 40 minute wait on a phone line.

Still paying them each now and they blocked my roaming two weeks in, doesn't even work when I go back to the UK. So they get my money, I get no service and I just have a phone now which I'm paying £600 for when it's worth half that.

Other issues:

- Their capping system is terrible and I'm pretty sure inaccurate to my actual usage compared to when I was on EE
- Charged for an MMS, something like £3.50, which they claimed was for a picture message. The only such message I was aware of was through Whatsapp which should not count as an MMS and usually only works through WiFi.
