This was the best meet and greet parking we have used at Heathrow. This was our first time using them after trying many of the others and this was easily the most seamless experience we’ve had. We will use them all the time now!

This was meant to be a surprise Valentine’s Day gift for our daughter from her grandparents. The product never arrived and our emails have gone unanswered. The phone number also doesn’t work and goes right to voicemail. We got a refund by disputing charge with our credit card company.

Great customer service, quick and transparent delivery, quality product!

Their products are great and the customer service is also really great!

They make constant mistakes on our monthly invoices, which then require months of going back and forth (with huge delays from their side) to try and get the payments rectified. I think they do it on purpose in the hopes that people won't be tenacious enough to keep following up to have the charges rectified. It has happened to us multiple times, and I'm also fairly certain our "account lead" works there like twice a month so it is impossible to make any progress with her involved.

I had a very seamless experience from ordering to receipt of order. From what I can tell they’re a well-run business. We ordered a large item, a play kitchen, and asked if delivery could be delayed a bit until we were back home from holiday travels. Arrived when we were home and it was in great shape.

Genuinely so lovely. Really glad I treated myself to a few of these during a sale. They really are the most comfortable knickers I’ve ever worn!

Excellent customer service. I used Whirli in the past, and have continued to use and support their business after the new ownership. Their customer service is excellent and any issue I have ever had, they have gone above and beyond to fix it. I am a loyal customer and truly believe that the people who work there do their best which I really appreciate!

I honestly can’t believe I received the suitcase in less than 48 hours from when it was picked up at my parents! (Went from New Jersey, USA to the United Kingdom).

Had a really note-worthy experience at Millets. This was our first time in this store (Penzance location) and Nicola and her teammates really went above and beyond for us. They helped us get everything we needed and then even offered to let us keep the stuff there until we finished shopping. We got great prices on what we bought, too! I would recommend this store to anyone especially in terms of great service.

I was hesitant to use this deodorant as I know most natural deodorants don’t work. THIS ONE DOES. Both my husband and I actually think it’s better than the other brands we were using. And I get the bonus of it being plastic free.

I ordered some items and they all almost came. One item was swapped for a different one and I emailed. It is taking ages for them to email me back... it’s been 2 weeks since I received my package and so far I’ve been asked if I want to keep the wrong item with a 30% discount (why would I pay for an item I didn’t order) and from another person whether or not I want to return or exchange. I’ve now been waiting ages with no reply from either person. Terrible customer service response times.

Really enjoy the ethos of this company and their customer service.
