Never again!! I bought a Hoover washing machine 500 in January 2025. It was installed by Curry’s. It often wouldn’t spin as the load was unbalanced. It wasn’t overloaded ever and I quite often used the 1000 spin as the 1400 was very noisy. My last Bosch machine lasted 10 years. Today my Hoover started banging so loud on spin and luckily I was home to shut it down as it was actually frightening. I thought the drum was going to go through the side of the machine. The entire drum now has sunk. Hoover appears to be throw away rubbish which doesn’t last. Not worth the money.

Really easy to choose a policy which suits and the price was fabulous. This was for home and contents insurance but I will back when car insurance is up for renewal

Absolutely terrible. I bought a dishwasher online, was advertised as being compatible with the HON app, when it arrived it wasn’t. Luckily I took photos of the advert as they changed it pretty quick. Customer service ignoring me

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I bought some blinds from The Range - don’t buy from them either. The blinds finally arrived but they were the wrong blinds. Two and a half weeks I tried to contact The Range to return the blinds but they didn’t respond, so I opened a PayPal dispute which The Range didn’t respond to until the day before the case closed by which time we’d given up and hung the blinds. The Range said we can’t get a partial refund as they sent a cheaper item than I paid for and want me to send the blinds back. PayPal told me the buyer also had protection when you pay via PayPal and told me to take the blinds down and return them, they guarantee I will get a full refund. I’m not prepared to take that risk as I can’t see The Range refunding me on used goods when they have been dreadful from the beginning. As far as I can tell dodgy sellers are just not responding as they know PayPal will side with them. So pretty much Thd Range ripped me off and PayPal supported them. I’ll be deleting my PayPal account as it’s not worth having. Best to pay by credit card. I kept screenshots of all my attempts to contact The Range, PayPal are useless

Terrible service. I ordered blinds, 2 weeks later they haven’t been delivered and I’ve heard nothing. Trying to talk to someone is impossible. I won’t buy from this place again. God knows when I’ll get my order, all I know is it was despatched 2 weeks ago. Update, the blinds arrived in damaged delivery box and they’re not even the right blinds. Three weeks later they haven’t responded to my WhatsApp. I’ve ended up hanging the blinds, the blinds they sent are cheaper than the blinds I paid for, so I got ripped off. Don’t order online as customer service is atrocious

I reported a company that I’d had a bad experience with for having false reviews. Eventually the company was reviewed by TP and the fake reviews taken down but the company still managed to keep its fake good rating. This company is still receiving bad reviews. Doesn’t help the consumers or businesses if the truth isn’t being told

Didn’t really want to speak to Dr via an app, but surprisingly it works very well. The GP was on time and very helpful. I did end up being referred back to my local GP but that’s not his fault. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again
