Loved the products from here & have ordered numerous times. However the last order was very substandard & the liquorice looked & tasted strange. I’ve contacted customer services on 4 separate occasions including photographs but heard nothing. They completely ignore you & don’t want to know . Really disappointing, for a quality price you should receive quality products & service. Unfortunately not the case!

Only tried one flavour so far chocolate n hazelnut which is really nice.
Delivery was really fast.
Never received the free spoon & dish as advertised which was disappointing

Promised a delivery date.. waited in…no delivery. Rang customer services which is not a pleasant experience. System keeps telling you your phone number is different from the order. You finally get through to someone & struggle to hear what is being said due to the noise & raised voices in the background.
Promised another delivery date.. waited in.. no delivery again. Rang customer services again.. same old, same old despite being told the system error regarding the telephone number would be resolved, it wasn’t!!!
Promised another delivery date today so another day where appointments have to be cancelled whilst I wait in… let’s see if it arrives!!
I will not be ordering anything again or recommending this company to anyone!!
In response to your reply , yes the item was finally delivered on 10June, dumped on my doorstep blocking access, when I asked him to move it off the step his reply was that it was too heavy & promptly left. Too heavy for him but ok for a lady to move on her own. Great delivery service too!!!

These guys are absolutely fantastic, I can’t praise or recommend them enough. Not only are they professional & extremely knowledgeable, they are so helpful & don’t make techno phobes like me feel stupid.
Recent problem with my printer no longer talking to my laptop was resolved so swiftly after me tearing my hair out for 4 hrs trying to do the same!!!

Great information & recommendations, works a treat. My only quibble is I wasn’t informed there would be a temporary number issued then it would revert to the original number so I informed everyone of the new number then had to inform them again 2 days later that it had changed back
