I recently purchased a San Martin SN0017-G from San Martin Europe/Germany. I was pretty impressed with the finishing and overall quality, especially compared to some Japanese watches in the same price range. Unfortunately, I noticed that the movement was running considerably slower than it should. The shipping box it arrived in was pretty beat up, typical DHL handling, so my assumption is that may have knocked it out of spec.

I contacted their customer service and quickly received a friendly response from Sebastian, who arranged a prepaid DHL return so they could inspect the watch.

What really impressed me was how quickly everything was handled. I sent the watch back on Tuesday, and by Saturday they'd already received it, arranged a replacement, and prepared it for shipping. They even took the time to transfer the clasp from my original watch to the replacement.

I've dealt with warranty services from much more established watch brands/ADs, and I can honestly say this has been one of the fastest and most pleasant experiences I've had.

It's easy to be happy with a purchase when everything goes right. For me, how a company handles things when something goes wrong says much more about them.

Bei meiner Bestellung ist mir ein Fehler unterlaufen, weshalb habe ich kurz darauf den Kundenservice kontaktiert und in Minuten eine Antwort erhalten habe, problem gelöst. Das Paket wurde trotz Änderung noch am gleichen Tag versendet, und die Lieferung war am nächsten Tag da, gut verpackt und genau wie beschrieben.

Ich dachte ich lasse mich trotz der negativen Bewertungen auf den Shop ein, da er die Monster-Sorten die ich probieren wollte alle auf Vorrat hatte, und gebe ihm eine Chance.

- Lieferung wurde erst nach einer Woche überhaupt versendet, anstatt den angeblichen 1-3 Werktagen
- 2 Dosen einer Sorte die ich bestellt habe, waren nicht mal dabei!! Bei 5€ pro Dose absolute Frechheit.
- Ware wurde einfach in den Karton geschmissen, die Dosen waren komplett verdellt! Ein Wunder dass keine aufgeplatzt ist.

Absolute Frechheit. Lange Wartezeiten, null Sorge für weder den Kunden, noch die Ware die versendet wird. So ziemlich die schlimmste Erfahrung die ich bisher in meinem Leben im Online-Shopping gemacht habe. Der/Die Betreiber sollten sich schämen. Wenn ich den anderen Bewertungen trauen kann, bringt kontaktieren nichts - also belasse ich es dabei und werde den Shop meiden, und jedem in meinem Umkreis das gleiche raten. Bin wirklich unglaublich enttäuscht. Nie Wieder! Danke für garnichts.
