We have been with Jurassic Fibre since April 22, a recent change to Sky Glass TV meant that to use the TV fully a stable signal was essential. Tim B after sales engineer visited our property twice in the last month to identify and solve the problem we were experiencing. Tim was very knowledgeable, patient with 80+ year customers and above all courteous, so rare these days!
Successful conclusion enables my wife to use the TV without recurring drop offs and TV programmes ending prematurely.

Steve came to our flat to install a new tap for our kitchen sink and to carry out a service on our gas fire in the lounge.

As usual he arrived on time, completed all the work, did not leave until he was totally satisfied that we were happy about the work he had carried out. In addition he offered to dispose of our old tap.

The quality of work carried out by Tom and his people far exceeds anything we have experienced over 50 years in owning properties.

Don't look elsewhere these are the best around.

I was not disappointed, from first contact with Kerry to completion of the agreed work by Tom and Alex it was soon clear to me that this was a very professional and totally customer focused organisation. Prior to the work being carried out I asked many questions, changed some of the scope of the work being carried out. At all times I knew I was dealing with a company that believes in all the old fashioned values of politeness, respect and reliability.
I spoke to Tom the owner a couple of times and it was apparent to me that the standards set by Tom were followed by all of his staff.
I cannot speak too highly of this company, and I strongly recommend their services to anyone in the Bridgwater area.

When the system works well it's good but handling mistakes badly lets it down.
The deliveries by Royal Mail are erratic at best.

I have been a customer of Jurassic Fibre for 12 months now, the broadband speed has been exactly as expected.
Any questions I have raised (2 in the year!) have been dealt with promptly and answered to my complete satisfaction.10/10 all round.
