This was linked to an app that was taken off of Apple's app store (for good reason). This is a fraudulent company that tries to charge for unauthorized subscriptions. Once you block creem, they will use another name (Armitage labs). I had to replace my CC after this. I have reached out to dispute charges with them with zero response. Absolutely fraudulent, do NOT provide them with any personal information

Absolutely atrocious experience. The clothing is subpar quality, so I returned it. Over a month with no refund and generic answers when I contacted help to inquire where my money was. I finally got my refund after opening up a claim with my bank. Definitely do not recommend these thieves

I placed an order for my dogs food about 5 days before she was going to run out. After almost two weeks without food, I checked the status of the order only to find out that they didn't have it in stock, but they never notified me either.
On top of all their BS, they still charged my card and let my dog almost starve (Thank goodness for CHEWY.COM). Now I have to fight the charges for something I never received. This isn't like clothes shopping online, this is a living creature, have a little respect and notify customers of order cancellations before it's too late.
