Require too much personal data clearly…

Require too much personal data clearly with the intention of using it for marketing etc. incl. for other organisations with no facility on the website for requesting (under Data Protection law) not to use my personal data for any marketing nor pass any of it to any 3rd parties (other than for setting up the insurance). Unprofessional!

1st assistant on desk tried to tell me…

1st assistant on desk tried to tell me I hadn't cleaned the print head on my Chinese tat HP printer (the 2nd one to fail prematurely). Floor assistant didn't seem to to know the products. 3rd (Filipino?) new his stuff & recommended a Canon printer made in Vietnam, so not more Chinese tat!

Floaters in a bottle of Spirits of Virtue, zero rum…

Floaters in a bottle of zero rum queried but not responded to (my emailed queries Jan 2025 about quality of the drink).
Bought via Threshers who also do not respond about quality queries about a 70cl bottle of 0.0% '270deg Botanicals zero alcohol cane spirit'.
It is a £19 bottle which remains unopened and will be binned (as it is time expired as far as I can tell due to the poor date etching on the bottle) due to the delays by Spirits of Virtue & Threshers. Unlikely to buy again from either company.

Goods not as ordered

Good response during the ordering process but the drift rose plants are now growing & clearly not as ordered. I ordered 3 white, 3 pink & 3 yellow. The flowers now indicate that I have no pink - only 6 yellow and 3 white. Probably a labelling issue in-house.
