ordered a pair of trainers and changed my mind. emailed them within an hour to cancel the order and then emailed them again but they ignored my emails and shipped the shoes anyway. two days later. called them and they claimed not to have received my emails and that there was nothing they could do. they did not care at all. customer service was non existent. now ignoring my emails. look elsewhere. do not use this company at all!

another unhappy customer to add to the list. don't bother. they are owned by Sports Direct so you know how poor their quality and customer service is.

Ordered a skylanders figure for my son and confirmed with Gameseek that Royal Mail would be used for delivery. But, (and to cut a long story short) they used Hermes who failed to deliver and would not speak to me as I was the customer. They did not update the tracking for 10 days as they had clearly lost the item. Gameseek refused to help or refund the item and their MD hides behind his staff that are unable to think for themselves. In the end I had to raise a claim through Paypal who did not hesitate in refunding my money once they saw the evidence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PEOPLE.
