I wanted six of the the largest possible silver helium balloon "numbers" that I could find. Could only find 32" in local shops, so ordered 40" balloons on-line from partyrama. Balloons arrived in packaging that clearly stated 40" 102cms BUT contents were only 32". Sent a complaint by email, but no response!
