This company has ruined my home they have lied and now left my home in a state of damage and destruction
The flooring is ruined, the rooms are full of plaster as well as the appliances, the electrical fixtures have been damaged and now don’t have heating in my home pics show the damage , I have been told not to turn the central heating on in case of a fire hazard, contacted them and now a week later haven’t replied to my concerns, I’m disabled and now over Xmas cannot live in my own home due to industrial waste left for me to clear , the garden is a bomb site and all the rooms have rubbish left on the floor , the appliances that I said they can use have been damaged with most having to be thrown but on contact with the contractors they lied saying all waste would be collected but now have blocked my calls.
The company was made known of these problems and was to contact me last week but have chosen to ignore my calls , this is the worse company I have ever known they should be stuck off from offering energy services, the legal side will start in the new year, unfortunately I have to stay with friends until this is resolved through the courts as with the pictures you can see the damage they have caused as well as the stress it has coursed me .
Avoid at all cost they are cowboys

Great service the engineer was on time and delivered a first class service.

My mother passed away last August
Still trying to get a death policy paid out.
76 phone calls, 22 correspondence letters, 16 emails. 5 call back from customer service that never materialised.
Lies , dept closed, lost ppwk , insufficient evidence of death, internal mail used at Halifax banking
Ppwk lost internally,
The list is endless.
Death certificate sent with my mother’s details & wasn’t enough to make a payment, require a birth certificate from before the 2nd world war.
This and the loss of my mother
On one occasion the person helping me resolve my problem said at least she had a long life, then shouted obscenities to me and hung up.
SCOTTISH WIDOWS ARE THE WORST BANKING ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE HADE THE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH
As of now I’ve closed all my banking with Lloyds group, cancelled all my investments and will wait to see them in court……….

My review is how CURRYSPCWORLD handled my mothers unfortunate complaint with her installation of white goods. They pulled no stops in offering what I call top class service, they approached the complaint with the upmost quality customer care of which I cannot fault.
The company went to any lengths to make my mother safe with here purchase and installation, at times we complain about consumer service well CURRYSPCWORLD gave this there best and I my mother want to say a big thank you for arranging to put things right, this has restored our satisfaction in further purchase with this company.

if all companies were at this level of service what a great joy it would be to shop online, great communication , looking after the customer all the way to the item been delivered, tracking number
of shipment explaining when delivery will be sent, first class service, can't wait to buy again.
