Cloud locations
Google Cloud offers infrastructure that is built from the ground up for AI, ultra-low latency, and high availability for users to access applications from anywhere in the world. For over 25 years, this vast network has handled some of the most demanding cloud workloads for both Google and Google Cloud to enable fast, reliable, and modern customer experiences for billions of users.
Scale operations, distribute workloads for greater resilience, and ensure business continuity with Google Cloud's powerful global infrastructure.

Global geography and regions
Run applications where you need them from 42 global regions with ultra-low latency and superior performance without compromising on fault tolerance or resilience.
Google Cloud products are served from specific regional domains and are supported by service level agreements to ensure you are designing your application architecture to meet your business needs.
Google Cloud infrastructure products are available in locations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. These locations are divided into regions and zones. You can choose where to run your applications to meet your latency, availability, and sovereignty requirements.
Region and zones documentationGoogle global network
The Google global network connects over 200 countries with more than 7.75 million kilometers of terrestrial and subsea fiber. By leveraging our network, you can minimize delays and security risks while delivering the breadth of bandwidth and low latency required for everything from enterprise applications to state-of-the-art AI model training. We designed our multi-shard network to scale horizontally, increasing our WAN bandwidth 7x from 2020 to 2025 to meet the demands of the AI era with a fast and consistent experience for your users everywhere.
We actively manage our network with agentic AI for resilience and performance. Inspired by Google DeepMind's work, we created a digital twin of our network to predict and prevent outages, pinpoint root causes, and optimize capacity planning. This autonomous approach shortens failure mitigation times from hours to minutes, reduces outage durations by up to 93%, and transforms our operations from reactive to predictive. By architecting for resilience with features like regional isolation and protective rerouting, we provide deterministic performance that goes beyond traditional reliability metrics.
Products available by region
Deploy resources in specific zones, regions, and across multiple-regions.

At a minimum, all regions will offer the following products at launch: Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Persistent Disk, Cloud SQL, Virtual Private Cloud, Cloud VPN, Key Management Service, Cloud Identity and Secret Manager.
Additional products will be available within 6 months of a new region launch, including: Cloud Run, Bigtable, Cloud MemCache, Apigee, Cloud Redis, Spanner, Extreme PD, BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, Pub/Sub.
Available products in the region will continue to evolve based on customer demand.
Some services differentiate between regions using uppercase (e.g., "US") and lowercase (e.g., "us") letters. Please refer to the service's documentation for the precise multi-region format.

Pick your region
The Google Cloud Region Picker tool helps you pick a Google Cloud region considering carbon footprint, price, and latency. Select your preferences.
For programmatic access to location data across clouds, consider using Cloud Location Finder (CLF), an API which provides up-to-date location data across Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You can easily find locations, get specific location details, find nearby locations, and filter these based on criteria such as cloud provider, location type, territory, or carbon footprint.
