Gut zu finden - aber schlechte Preisstruktur

Leider unklare Preisstruktur in der App wie auch vor Ort. Diskussionen nach Buchung vor Ort über die Länge des Fahrzeuges und die Kategorie. Wir haben 6,5 Stunden mit einem PKW geparkt, die App lies nur ein 24 Stunden Ticket für 36 Euro zu und vor Ort wollte man wegen o.g. Diskussion nochmal 6Euro haben, die wir nach ausreichend Gegendiskussion NICHT gezahlt haben.
Dieses Generve (scheinbar mit System) muss nicht sein!

We would nevertheless like to clarify that the vehicle categories and applicable conditions are clearly detailed on our website. In particular, for large vehicles measuring between 3.91 m and 4.70 m in length, it is necessary to book by selecting the “VAN” category. For luxury cars or vans, the “MOTORHOME” category should be selected.
