I received an item in my order of three tees that was not to my liking; a simple color difference, but I knew I would never wear it. I reached out to prune and wild and not only were they willing to exchange it for a color that I knew I would like, but they didn’t ask me to send back the other T-shirt. They asked me to donate it or give it away. I think that is such a smart idea and great customer service. I will continue to purchase items from them knowing that they are fair and equitable. Plus I do love graphic tees, and they have a great selection.
