Everything is about venneir is amazing!! I have nothing bad to say about them, the team is so helpful, the retainers are exactly what I needed and I saved around £200 going with these guys as my dentist were going to charge me over £100 for a retainer replacement but vennier only charged me £66 pounds.

Great response time
I requested for a an impression kit, it was delivered swiftly. After taking the impression, Charlotte went through it carefully and certify it was ok to send. Good communication and prompt response time. Well done guys

Amazing personalised service
Brilliant. I ordered retainers for my autistic son who seriously struggled with the impression kit we had tried from another company so I contacted customer services to ask if they could send the smallest trays possible. Michael contacted me the same day and offered a more suitable alternative free of charge. He had an in person appointment within 3 working days where the girls were brilliant with him and the retainers arrived 2 days later - lovely quality and a perfect fit, and came with a nice storage box and aftercare kit. £145 cheaper than the orthodontist and a brilliant service. Would highly recommend.

I’m really pleased with the service as it’s my first time purchasing retainers and she made sure I was informed on how to send my moulds correctly. Great price too as my orthodontist is very pricey and was awful when it came to getting the perfect fit or thicker retainers when my keep breaking. Thank you, Charlotte x

In person video call
I haven’t got my teeth yet but I had a video consultation today. The wonderful Harper spoke with me on a video call and talked me through the whole process including timing me and guiding me how to hold my head for ease . It’s all done in Real time . She was amazing . Thank you and I just wait and hope my teeth come through soon .

Helpful support when you face a snag
I experienced some issues with my initial impressions but I needed of worried as Andrew was so helpful in resolving. It could of been a stressful experience but Andrew just handled things calmly and professionally, so a big shout out for the support.
