while i have yet to travel with these, i’m impressed by the quality of these packing bags and the power of the attached pump! Hoping they’ll enable me to get a weeks clothes into a carry on as promised 🤞🏻

Very deceptive business; false advertising and an attempt to upsell their products!

After seeing an ad, I decided to try their compression bags for traveling. I followed the link and the website went to the page that offered a buy two get two free set of bags that were capable of packing “two weeks of clothes” and a “lifetime warranty”.

As soon as I put in my credit card and clicked to complete my purchase, a pop up appeared offering me an upgrade to another bag for $19.99, their PRO with the benefit of “a lifetime warranty” and “fits 10-14 days” while saying my existing bag holds “3 to 7 days” and has a “100 day warranty”.

I reached out to their customer service to explain these conflicting statements, complete with screenshots of both purchase claims and upgrade claims. The first response said they’d have to escalate the issue. The second response offered the upgrade for $9.99 but without even answering to the discrepancies.

Now that I have replied back and said to cancel my order entirely and refund my full purchase price, they are ghosting me and have not replied. Very shady business. Avoid at all costs!

I received my two pack and was anxious to try it out. I put a bunch of clothes inside it, sealed it up tightly, and I remembered to pull the zipper all the way up. I then vacuumed the bag shut. I left it for 12 hours. When I came back to check on it, I noticed there was some air that had escaped, but it was still flatter than if I had packed it in a normal bag. I’m going to redo the experiment.

I have ordered my products and payment was taken however, i am now on day 5 and the order hasn't moved and there has been no response to my query via email and Instagram.
I ordered with plenty of time for my trip this coming weds but i have no idea if they have been dispatched or not even showing up?

Arrived after I left for my holiday took too long to arrive

I placed an order for their bags and it seems while I selected decline for an additional bag, it added the extra item. The email said I had 30 minutes to edit the order, but the link didn’t work. I’ve reached out on their site and email, with no response. Now I just want my money back as it appears delivery is going to be unacceptable for my needs. Will manage through my bank, but beware!!!

This is a high quality product that really works to enable this overpacker.

Ordered the product and never got an order confirmation with an order number. Have emailed support several times with no response. My card was charged with no communication. They ask to email support with a 12 hour turn around but this has not been my experience. Need to figure the next steps to take.

Still have not received tracking number 9-4-2026 not in spam or junk or email

I while I have not actually traveled with my 2 pack bags yet, my wife and I tested them out and were very impressed with the quality and ease of use. She had previously used a less expensive brand purchased through Amazon, had remarked how they didn’t really compress the clothes that much. The 2pack bags certainly did.

Received our 2 pack . Haven’t had the opportunity to use them them yet. Had hoped they would arrive before my daughter and Husband took their trip to Yellowstone. Just missed it! But looking forward to use them on upcoming trips.

These two bags came as an apology for delay in sending first order - which arrived after a month - and after the holiday. The bags are excellent and more than that the company’s ethos on wanting to sort things for their customers is second to none. Would highly recommend.
