Amazing Private Switzerland Tour with Nicky
We had an incredible private day tour across Switzerland with Nicky, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was on time, patient, kind, professional, and never once made us feel rushed. She took us through beautiful towns, showed us the best parts of every stop, and made sure we knew exactly where to get the best photo opportunities.
Nicky was wonderful to be around and made the whole day feel relaxed, comfortable, and special. The vehicle was clean, luxurious, and comfortable, and she even provided water for us, which was a nice touch.

A great experience with Trip Transfer…
A great experience with Trip Transfer in Lucerne! We decided to book this option after our amazing experience on the Gotthard Panorama Express, and we are really glad we did. The communication prior to pick-up was very thorough and left no detail overlooked. Magi, our driver, was exactly where she said she'd be and provided us with a smooth, worry-free ride to our hotel in Sarnen. We appreciated the ease of everything, so we could get ourselves situated in our hotel. So thankful our travel agent found them and we will be sure to use them for any future needs!

With an extra day to spend in Lucerne…
With an extra day to spend in Lucerne and the surrounding area, we decided to use Pavel as our guide. It was the best decision of our entire twelve-day trip. One of our family has limited mobility but Pavel made sure she enjoyed the sightseeing and before the end of the day, we all agreed his tour greatly exceeded our expectations! This day was the absolute highlight of our entire trip. Thank you Pavel!
Pavel was a perfect gentleman and an expert driver. He made some great suggestions, and each one made our trip even better!
He invited our questions and if he didn't immediately know the answer, he provided it before our next stop. He carried us to the most beautiful places in the Swiss Alpine villages and knows the best places to take those once in a lifetime photos.
We asked for a recommendation for lunch with a specific request for Fondue. The place he suggested was fantastic! It was the type of place you hope to find for that unforgettable experience and Pavel provided that for us!
The same thing with a request for chocolate; he knew the best place off the beaten path and we loved it so much, we brought some of their chocolate home!
The vehicle he provided was comfortable, clean and easy to enter or leave, even for our daughter with limited mobility. Pavel allowed her to sit in the front seat and she loved it!
Pavel went out of his way to provide a day that exceeded our expectations, one we'll never forget.
The price was very reasonable for what we received. Our family highly recommends this tour and if we visit Lucerne in the future, would hire this company again.

Trip transfer staff are wonderful to work with. They are responsive and accommodating to your needs. We booked trip transfer for our 3 days in Lucerne area before our cruise. We are a group of eight traveling and our driver Georgi is amazing, courteous and responsible driver. Georgi is respectful and attentive. Georgi guided us to see beautiful lakes in Jungaru area and tourist town attractions as well as beautiful majesty snow covered mountains. Will definitely use again and highly recommend trip transfer.

Excellent service and experience with them
We initially hired them to drive us from Zurich to Lauterbrunnen but requested a stop in Lucerne along the way, with this being our first time in Switzerland. They were more than accommodating and were happy to provide recommendations as well.
Pavel was our driver and ended up being our personal tour guide in Lucerne. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, a careful driver, and he was great with our toddlers as well.
We ended up hiring them again to drive us to Geneva.
I highly recommend them!

Her dedication and warmth reassured us every step of the way and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. TripTransfer’s excellent organization and Ms. Gergieva’s outstanding service made our first Swiss adventure not only seamless but also deeply enjoyable.
On the day of our tour (24th March 2026), we were guided by Mr. Georgi, a true gentleman who took excellent care of us throughout the entire excursion. His professionalism was evident right from the start—he arrived 15 minutes early to ensure everything was perfectly prepared. He drove with great care and even thoughtfully stocked the car with plenty of drinking water for us.
Our adventure began at the majestic Mount Pilatus, followed by a delightful exploration of Lucerne’s old town. Mr. Georgi walked us through every charming corner, making sure we didn’t miss any of the city’s highlights. His explanations about Lucerne’s rich history and architectural development were insightful and engaging, adding so much depth to our experience. He even helped us capture countless beautiful photos around Lucerne, turning moments into lasting memories.
