Just booked a three day trip to krakow with travel gate UK, I booked with travel agent Grace an she made the booking very easy an efert less for me, Grace taliered the trip so it included everything I asked for, differant tours an transfers all included .
The service she provided was very helpful and professional . I would recommend booking with this company and I'm really looking forward to going on the trip 😊

Susan P was very helpful throughout the planning process for a fully customised, private trip to Turkey, initially sending options via WhatsApp, then emailing the full itinerary for ease of reviewing with my partner. She listened to the small changes we requested (mainly regarding transfer/travel options) and was mindful of our request to have a good variety of activities planned in as we are not beach-bunnies.
All correspondence was completed in a timely manner and felt friendly.

We were a party of 9, 7 adults and 2 children. Joanna done a fantastic job of organising our trip to milan ,Venice, and vienna. She kept in touch at each place, the transfer company's she booked for us were top notch.the hotels were lovely no problems with them what so ever. The trips out to the Swiss alps on the Bernina train, and to watch glass blowing and lace making demonstrations were great.
The only thing I would say is that the flight out could of been earlier may be the morning as you loose a hole day of your holiday then same going home but need to go home later in the day. Apart from that we had a fantastic time, and really recommend travel gates for your holiday.

I've had the most amazing day, booking this once in a lifetime holidaywith Maria, she was so helpful, covered all my tick list.
