Tommy Beckert the owner of onyx research who also owns this company and is yet to pay out all of his influencers from onyx. Complete scammer, so most likely this is also a scam. Buyer Beware

Ordered sermorelin and tesamorelin from this place. I discovered the stuff was contaminated when I reconstituted it with the Bac water they sold me. Reached out to them and they refused to help me in making this right. Straight up blamed me and refused a refund. This place ripped me off for almost 500$ for contaminated products. Buyer beware.

I worked as an affiliate partner for True Research Labs, but they ended up blocking my account without any valid reason. All my emails and support requests have been completely ignored with zero response.

This is 100% a scam company that withholds and steals partners' earnings. Customers, please be extremely careful when purchasing here! If a company acts dishonestly and unfairly toward its own business partners, can you really trust them to be honest with their customers?

Stay away and look for trustworthy brands to work and shop with. 100% scam!

Unstable SLU-PP-332. It does not dissolve properly when pure DMSO is added. This is alarming. I have been mixing this compound for over a year. I used another company. I was drawn in by the price and the buy-one-get-one-free offer. I expect a full refund.

Starting to think I've been scammed. Ordered no. 21250 Ordered on 5th August. Sophie seems to be the only person who ever communicates with anyone. She has now stopped responding to me when querying why there has been no shipment or movement whatsoever regarding my order.

I've ordered from True Research Labs 5 times now. Everything is smooth and simple. I had 1 issue out of my 5 orders but Sophie with their customer service team was on it. Very responsive with quick resolutions. I'll continue to use TRLs in the future.

Ordered on July 10, 2026. Checked my order on July 17, Order didn’t ship. So contacted them for refund ( because their web page stated shipping in 2 days) they stated they cancelled my order and refunded me money back to my Credit Card. Today is August 12, and I have not got my refund. Sent numerous emails and tried to contact and I don’t seem to get anywhere with the response from their company. Send emails every day was by credit card account showing the refund update today. And still no response in the last four days. Horrible company wouldn’t advise anybody to deal with them.

This stuff is the real deal. Did what it was supposed to. Definitely had a good experience with this company and I would highly recommend

Been waiting on my order for over a week. I emailed customer service after waiting for a week. They responded they would look into it and send me an update. It's been 3 days and no update, I have sent two follow up emails with no response.

I ordered Slu pp 332 and what I got was not slu pp 332–slu pp 332 is lipophilic and cannot be reconstituted with BAC water without being reconstituted first with a solvent such as DMSO. When I reconstituted with DMSO first, the peptide coagulated and become a paste inside the vial—so the next vial I reconstituted with straight BAC water and vial mixed clear—this is definitely not slu pp 332 and when contacted about it three separate times, I got no response!
